Hannah Rose Beecham
Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

About me
Hello, I’m Hannah, a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist. I work across both the NHS and private practice as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Pelvic Health, where I work closely alongside specialist consultants to provide expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of pelvic health conditions.
My clinical work includes assessing and treating bladder and bowel symptoms, pelvic floor dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction. Every person’s experience is unique, and I believe that understanding your symptoms, listening to your concerns, and creating a treatment plan tailored to you are the foundations of successful care.
I genuinely feel incredibly fortunate to love what I do. There is nothing more rewarding than supporting people through what can often feel like an isolating journey and helping them rediscover confidence in their bodies. The reality is that pelvic health is still surrounded by unnecessary stigma, and many people feel embarrassed to talk about symptoms such as bladder leakage, bowel problems, pelvic pain or changes in sexual function. These issues can affect people at any stage of life—not just during pregnancy or after childbirth—and they are far more common than many people realise.
The good news is that, with the right assessment and treatment, many pelvic health symptoms can improve significantly. You do not have to simply “put up with it” or accept these symptoms as a normal part of life. I am passionate about empowering people to take control of their pelvic health by providing evidence-based treatment, practical advice, and a safe, supportive space where no topic is off limits. My aim is for you to feel listened to, understood, and confident throughout your journey. I know that reaching out for help can be the hardest step.
Many people live with symptoms for years before seeking support because they feel embarrassed, unsure where to turn, or believe nothing can be done. If you’ve found your way here, I hope you can feel reassured that you’ve already taken an important first step.
